| Descripció i Metodologia: |
Teaching English to very young learners (VYL) is a very powerful strategy for
getting children to speak the language from an early stage. In this hands-on
course, examples of art and crafts, acting out, drama, role-play, etc. will be
presented to allow the audience to explore the benefits of these strategies in the
English classroom.
The audience will be encouraged to share their own experiences and discover new
ways of teaching English to VYL. Prominent teaching methodologies, resources
and tools, which can easily be adapted and used in any Infant and first cycle of
primary classroom, will be presented.

1. To get into the feeling of enjoying ELT to very young learners (VYL).
2. To discover new strategies and methodologies to use in the VYL class.
3. To raise awareness about the importance of planning any VYL course.
4. To enjoy sharing and learning from each other within the group.

| Avaluació |
Assistants will be expected to design, develop and perform short presentations (10
to 15 minutes long) in front of their partners in order to show their level of
understanding, profit and transfer of the contents presented in the course to their
classrooms. Moreover, they will be encouraged to share their materials by using
course Moodle platform.

| Requisits de certificació |
1.Minimum attendance: 80% of face to face hours.
2.Positive evaluation of every task proposed during the course.
